The same amazing product originally from WarFab, now brought to you by Dialed Designs.

This product is a MUST-HAVE IFS steering upgrade for any Toyota truck/SUV running larger tires than factory.

If you off-road your Toyota truck or SUV on a regular basis, hit trails harder than your average fire road, just like to run bigger tires, or use your front locker, you know Toyota has a weak-point in its steering. Well, what's the best solution? These Tie Rod Sleeves. Without spending $1000+ for heim steering that make your steering rack the weak-point, or upgrading to a Tundra/Land Cruiser rack that can add bump steer issues and more. This is the ultimate solution.

Proven to keep your factory steering rack together with up to 40" tires(with smart driving of course), this product puts in work on the trails. These Tie Rod Sleeves simply sleeve over your factory inner tie rods and replace your outer tie rod end jam nut, still allowing the tie rod to be the "fuse" or "weak-point" in the steering assembly all while offering a substantial bump in strength.

Produced out of 1" round stock steel, these are machined down to have a full hex head for adjustment. Each sleeve is bored out to slide over the factory tie rod with a little slack, and threaded with the hex head on one end as it replaces your jam nut. Some aftermarket tie rods are larger diameter, so make sure your set is necked down at the inner boot like factory or is a factory tie rod. Each sleeve is gold zinc plated to best protect against any rust or corrosion.

Note: These tie rod sleeves will block the adjustment hex on the tie rod. You will need to use a slip jaw/clamp style tool to make alignment adjustments. Be aware that with the variety of suspension and alignment setups these may rub on parts or pieces as you cycle steering (this is generally for folks who run non specific shocks). For any specific kit specific shock there is plenty of clearance at full lock-see pics. This product is no different than any upgraded heim steering as the outside diameter is the same.
